There is no in-person doctor visit required and your medication always gets delivered straight to your door. Our members also receive complimentary gifts with each shipment! Prescriptions are only written if the provider deems that it is both safe and appropriate for you to initiate treatment.

We provide all our members with drug information to help them understand how to safely take/apply the medication and/or learn about common side effects. In addition, 4Juliet members are provided with a toll-free number on the label of each medication and have direct access to our licensed pharmacists in case there are any questions regarding the medication at any time.

Yes, all treatment plans are based on prescription-only medications that require a medical consultation. However, the best part of joining 4Juliet is that you do not need to provide your own prescription! To ensure the safety of our members, our 4Juliet affiliated providers require follow-up consultations every so often.

4Juliet affiliated providers typically review your medical questionnaire responses within 48 hours of completing your profile. If it has been longer than 3 business days, please email our team at info@4Juliet.com and they will be able to provide you with a status update.

Latisse® (bimatoprost 0.03%) is the only name-brand FDA-approved treatment for growing thicker, longer, darker eyelashes. When used as directed, patients begin seeing results as early as 4 weeks and notice the full effect by week 16.

4Juliet orders Latisse® directly from Allergan, the ONLY manufacturer. Each Latisse® kit you receive has a tamper-proof seal and is marked with a lot number and expiration date.

Latisse® is easy to apply and takes only 1 minute a day! Each kit comes with plenty of sterile applicators to make it effortless and fast to apply. Detailed instructions are provided with every kit.

Remember to take out your contacts before using Latisse®! You can reinsert your contact lenses after 15 minutes.

During the 16-week growth phase at the beginning of your treatment plan, Latisse® needs to be applied daily. However, missing one or two days occasionally during the growth phase will not damage your progress and you can simply apply your dose when you remember if it is not already time for the next dose. Applying two doses at the same time is not necessary and will not make a difference. During the maintenance phase, Latisse® application can be reduced to 3-4 times per week. People who have naturally fine or wispy lashes may need to apply it more often to keep lashes long, thick, and dark.

Store Latisse® bottles upright with the cap tightly closed at room temperature in a dry place. Do not sure in the bathroom. Latisse® will remain stable for 6 months in temperatures up to 104⁰F and for 12 months in temperatures as low as 42⁰F.

The most common side effects of Latisse® are reversible and include dry or watery eyes and/or slight swelling, burning, or itching in the eyelid. In the clinical study, fewer than 4% of people using Latisse® experienced these side effects.

Although uncommon, it is possible that using Latisse® can cause very dry eyes as well as noticeable irritation, darkening, or reddening of the skin where it is applied. There is a less than 1% chance that the areas near the pupil darken and make the eye appear more brownish.

Signs of an allergic reaction include hives, eye discharge, change in vision, severe redness or swelling, and eye pain. Stop using Latisse® and contact your physician immediately if you experience any of these adverse reactions. Do NOT use Latisse® if you are allergic to bimatoprost, the active ingredient.

While Allergan lists darkening of the eyes as a possible side effect of Latisse®, the overall risk of your eye color changing is very, very small. This rare side effect is actually listed because clinical trials of Lumigan® (the version of bimatoprost that is applied directly into the eye for the treatment of glaucoma) showed that 1-2% of patients experienced darkening of the brown areas around the pupils. However, because Latisse® is applied only to the eyelid and not directly into the eyes, it is extremely unlikely that it would affect your iris.
